Others can't connect to my TS Server

I have a TeamSpeak 3 server that my friends and I use sometimes (Because I hate Skype). The thing is, today I wanted to start it up. I have a dynamic IP, so I had to re-forward the necessary ports for TS3. If you watch the tutorial on the basic setup of a TeamSpeak 3 Server from their support, you have to forward UDP 9987 and TCP 30033.
I've done so here:Others can't connect to my TS Server-both.png
I'm also running the server on a DNS. Now, I can't show you that this is correct, but I can assure you I have put in the correct numbers, but people can't seem to connect. I even tried updating the server.

You changed the properties. Have you verified that you security software hasn't decided to block it again because of those changes?

I haven't had any problems before, and I'm not sure you can change in domain properties in TeamSpeak.

I knew it, I was around the TeamSpeak support page, and when going through the settings the server password was different.
    Sorry for wasting your time.
*Edit* Wait, I thought I changed the password but it makes it look longer automatically.

Sorry, I wasn't quick enough to edit the post but I think that wasn't the problem. I'll have to wait until tomorrow to tell, but this might not be the fix/
