How to suppress Unknown Publisher question without turning off UAC?

I'm trying to run an .exe on a server on the same network that I have mapped as a shortcut on my Windows 7 Pro desktop. I don't want to turn off UAC. I have already checked the Run as administrator in the Advanced Property of the shortcut. After I click the shortcut, I will get the UAC question "Do you want to allow the following program an unknown publisher to make changes to this computer?

Program name: xxx.exe
Publisher: Unkown
File origin: Network drive

I need to click the Yes button in order to run the exe.

How can I suppress this question without turning off UAC?
