Torrent downloading only at half speed

Hello,
My uTorrent is downloading files only at half of the maximum speed of my internet connection. I download files via HTTP at full speed (when good server. Also, it's not fault of the tracker or ratio 'coz I'm using private tracker which has about 50s/2l ratio at the current file I'm downloading. Also I have open ports. I have the same problem on XP, but from what I remember I don't have this problem on Ubuntu. I'm using router Modecom MC418

Hi Fiorello! Welcome to SevenForums! μTorrent or any bittorrent client WILL NEVER reach the maximum speed of your connection. And HTTP servers probably won't either. Your lucky if you're getting half of your connection because most people only get a sixth of it (1MBPS on Bittorrent is AMAZING)!

So this isn't anything to do with your connection, however your ISP may be throttling BitTorrent so...

Open μTorrent and press CTRL and then P
Go to BitTorrent at the side
Under Protocol Encryption select "Forced" or "Enabled"
(This encrypts outgoing BitTorrent Traffic so your ISP can't tell that it's BitTorrent)
Tick "Allow incoming Legacy Connections"
Press "OK"

That's pretty much it.

Actually, now, I'm getting 2mbps on torrent. I want 4 coz why not if I have lots of seeds. I have encryption enabled. And u didn't understand me. I'm reaching MAX on HTTP (~570kB/s)

PS i dont want to make other threads so, how the **** set all privilages to my account so I won't have to accept all actions performed in ex. Program Files? I can't create files in programs coz' of it. How to do permament and root admin on my account. It's already admin but it always ask for something, i dont want it.
