    OpenVPN TCP Connection Failed?

So I am trying to use a OpenVPN to use a VPN service, I have come to the conclusion My Firewall is not blocking it, My router is not Blocking it, But I have alot of windows 7 services disabled, can someone please tell me which Services OpenVPN depends on to make a connection to my VPN? I can connect perfectly fine in a VM without any issues, so I am thinking it has to be some kind of service I have disabled? Or could it be Windows Features I have turned off?

Well I guess I needed to have "Simple TCPIP services (i.e. echo daytime ect)" Turned on. Dont know why I bother requesting help for these things, as I always manage to troubleshoot 99% of my Machine related problems myself, but maybe it will help someone else who may have been experiencing the same issue?
