FTP via Windows Explorer help needed

    Hi all

Ok i need a little help here please... :)

Iv a project in the works using FTP.... i know i can log in via windows explorer by typing the FTP address in the address bar form any window like 'Documents' ect
I can successfully log into my FTP account and do what i need too do... im all clear on that part....
What im not clear about its how to make a shortcut/favorite so as i can click to log in rather than having to type the details into the address bar every tome
I had a quick scan of the tutorials section but didn't seem to find anything, unless i just over looked it?
i hope someone can help me out here...
    thanx
Oh and if its any help im on a public network so Network discovery / printer and file sharing needs to be kept off if possible
