Windows 7 x64 WiFi Issue.

Do you have more than one computer on your network?
If so, it could be that they are competing for the same IP address.
Set the IP to a fixed address you're sure is free.

Also, check if it isn't trying to connect to your neighbor's network.
Happens sometimes if your neighbor's output is higher than your own.
You can solve this by making your own network the preferred or only one it can connect to.

In the powercfg, disable the hybrid.

Make sure in the Bios only S3 standby is enabled not S1 or S1+S3.

If none of these solutions work, post back.

edit: You can also try to change the transmit channel of your router. It has 13 channels.
If your neighbor uses the same channel, they might interfere.

Where is your laptop and where is your wireless router?
how far apart and are there walls or ceiling in between?

Try to changing the transmit channel of the router. It has 13 channels.
If neighbors use the same channel it can seriously interfere with yours.
try a few out and check reception each time to find out the best one.

Further more: do you use windows firewall or 3rd party? and which one?

Is your wireless card internal or usb antenna?

In Device Manager, uninstall the Battery. Scan for hardware change and let Windows re-install the driver.

In energy scheme have you set the wireless adapter to maximum power for both battery as AC?

Setting high power isn't guaranteed to set the wireless on max for battery and ac.
