Windows 7: Can not see XP based Computer under MSHOME.

Windows 7 Pro x64 SP1 and Mac OS X 10.8.3
 
 
Can not see XP based Computer under MSHOME.

Can not see XP based Computer under MSHOME. I never had this issue before and what I need to do is share a printer on the XP desktop and have it installed on a Windows 7 laptop. Any ideas why?

Hi Beta,

Make sure that you have your Files and Printer configured properly.
Share Files and Printers between Windows 7 and XP - How-To Geek

Verify that Netbios is enabled in XP.
To enable NetBIOS Over TCP/IP on Windows XP, Server 2003 and Windows 2000: Apttech's Blog

If you have any Firewall or Security software installed in both computers, disabled them for now.
