Hi guys, yes I have done everything as the administrator. And yes I have also uninstalled the device in the device manager a couple times and restarted the computer. There is just a notification that tells me the driver cant be installed. So I look in device manager and under other devices it says ethernet controller with the yellow triangle on it. And it says windows cant find driver and that there is no driver for this device.

There is another method which you can try. Click on the start orb and then click on Devices and Printers. Then click on Add a device and wait. I am not sure whether this will work, but it's worth a try.

Yes, It was running on x64 windows 7 7100, then I updated to x64 windows 7 7600 but couldnt activate it. So i decided to reformat again and install x32 bit windows 7 7600. So now I am current running bit x32. And yes the internet did work before.
Just had another thought. It is possible that the implementation of the driver in the 32-bit version is corrupt in some way. Try the 64-bit version again with a clean install but don't try to activate. Instead, use this method https://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials...-120-days.html to extend the trial period.

You might be better off biting the bullet and install a replacement NIC (network interface card). Be sure to disable the on-board interface in your BIOS.

I would recommend to disable first, then install the new one.

Well thanks for both of your support in trying to fix my issue. So i bought the netgear and now my internet works. Now hopefully there is some way I can activate my windows 7 7600 x64 without having it be stuck at the verifying pool data screen making me reformat again.

I'm happy to hear that you got one that works for you now. :)

You can use the rearm method every 30 days until you can purchase your Windows 7 with a valid product key number on October 22nd.
