    Networking adapter problems with win 7 32 bit ???


    Dear All
    I 've Win 7 Ultimate 32 my Laptop HP pavilion dv4 with 2 cards Realtek Rtl 8168c and Intel wifi link 5100 AGN both of them were worked properly suddenly I had faced this problem could not connect to any network even both of them still shown in network zone and could not at all establish connect to internet
    but when try with another OS both working normal ,
    I try re-enable both ,re-install drivers , restore os point to earlier point "Failed" ,download latest drivers but did not work same problem , so please if there any possible solutions

    Welcome to sevenforums, sorry you are having issues!

    First try disabling any firewalls, and also look at your Antivirus... many these days also include a firewall. Disable all of them and try this again... please let us know how it goes.

    Thank you a looooooooooooooooooooooot ,really I appreciate your cooperation to help me due I was completely forgotten about Firewall and anti-virus so first i disable it although I does but it was could not browse the web so i remove it every thing back to work with in ur help , I install Microsoft security essential , thank you again

    Dear Darryl i just face this problem may you help me again pls , it about missing dll file with name msidch32.dll the problem i do not know which software it belongs .

    Yes , even I searching the web but could not found it ? do you know any software can remove it

    Did you install anything recently? Did you uninstall anything recently? Have you scanned for viruses?

    yes , I am uninstall anti-viruses Avira and install Microsoft essential security and scanned for Viruses .

    Are you absolutely sure it is msidch32.dll???? I can find nothing anywhere on that dll file! Are you positive of the spelling?

    You might want to try CCleaner and see if it can find/fix this. I am assuming that you get this error at boot, or???
