Is wifi turned on? I hesitate to suggest, but I did not see where you mention this. It is easy to miss that the newer laptops have a physical switch for enabling and disabling the wifi. It is usually small and well hidden, and easy to forget, until it gets turned off.

You are not getting an IP address from your router:
Wireless LAN adapter Wireless Network Connection:
    Autoconfiguration IPv4 Address. . : 169.254.152.64(Preferred)

Ethernet adapter Local Area Connection 2:
    Autoconfiguration IPv4 Address. . : 169.254.87.56(Preferred)
Anything that starts with 169.254.... is assigned by Windows when no DHCP server is available.

Sounds to me like a corrupted Winsock, see here: Resetting Winsock Protocol

    Edit:
Just noticed that DHCP is not enabled on your Wireless or Wired connection. See here: Change TCP/IP settings

Forgot to mention this before, but I have tried reinstalling the drivers for the card, and I am quad-booting Windows 7 Ultimate, Snow Leopard 10.6.6, Ubuntu 11.10, and Android. The only one that doesn't work is the windows side of my computer :P
