How to get rid of event id 4001 from WLAN-AutoConfig ?

Hello, my logs are plagued with warnings from WLAN-AutoConfig (id 4001) that says "WLAN AutoConfig service has successfully stopped."

As this dosn't constitute a warning and work as intended to have the WLAN service shutdown when I don't need it, how can i make this service stop jamming my logs with that ?

    Best regards

    Hi Magissia,

Thats a service that is used to detect and connect to wireless networks. If you do not have Wireless you can disable this service. See the link below.

Disable Windows 7 Wireless Configuration Manager Service (WLAN AutoConfig)

Event 4001 is not really an error and can be simply ignored and I do not know of a way to stop the event from showing up other than stopping the service if you don't in fact need it.
