Whats the best wireless usb adapter?

Hi guys im lookong for a wireless usb adapter. Any suggestion.

We first were using another make (Fritzbox which is a highly rated German make). But we had nothing but trouble with it.

im using cisco router. is there any wireless usb on that?

Best is to use one from the same make as the router. But be aware that those extenders have to be placed midway between the router and the PC. Better check first whether that is possible - e.g. electric outlet.

Well my router is at my basement and im thinking to place the extender to 2nd floor is that possible?
