Bandwidth limited !!!

My brother uses P2pover to limit bandwidth !! How can i make my pc work against it ?
I use a TPlink router with cable internet !!

HELP !!!

I stand corrected.

I believe p2pover uses IP addresses to control the bandwidth. Change the IP address on your PC to see if that does the trick. Your brother will have to update the program to apply the rule to your new IP address.
