How did you receive a homemade computer with Windows 7 already installed? Is there someone you could get the key from?

My dad got it from a house that burned down. He doesn't like it cause it has 6 fans, and it's loud. It was already installed when he got it.

It may, but first you would need to back up your data onto an external drive or onto DVDs. I'd like to see if we can fix the problem first, though.

Can you get a USB flash drive (buy one, borrow one) and use it to save Malwarebytes onto from this computer to transfer to your computer?

Is norton any good? I might be able to get it back. Not anytime soon. There is a photo memory card adapter, can that hold files?
