    Hello Kupalski!

So you have one laptop that works fine, and the troubled one does not let you get on the internet through ie, mozilla, etc do I understand you correctly.

You mentioned that it does have "internet connectivity" but you can't get on the internet. can you clarify so I fully understand the problem

I assume you are using a router to connect the two computers to the internet. And if they are both wired the LEDs representing each laptop is blinking as well as the internet light (and wireless led..etc)

and you mean when you open the browser you get the error message that this page cannot be opened/found.

check the network map (click on the notification area icon for the network and sharing ctr. then at the top right click view network map, see if there is a map of your two laptops connected to the router and then to the globe without any red x's

    it says

Windows cannot create the network map. Responses from other devices on the network are delayed or there is an incompatible router on the network.

you probably just need to reset the router....im sure theres a tutorial on it here, but it's pretty simple..Heres my recommendation:

unplug router and modem including the cord between the router and the modem.
    wait for 1 minute
    replug modem power
once all lights are blinking (1-2 min) properly reconnect the modem to the router
finally plug the router back in and wait for all the lights to reestablish the normal pattern

If it were me I'd restart the computer while I was doing these steps as well. Don't ask why about the computer restart. Just trust me.

Then let me know if it has improved at all.
