Great work in obtaining, and posting those screenshots!

How can you be sure those two wireless adapters are disabled? If they were they should have a red X superimposed over the icons to their left.

Go back to Device Manager, and open Network Adapters.
Right click on the first one, and when the menu appears, does the second setting down say Enable or Disable?
If it is Disable then they are not disabled. I know, it is a bit of reverse physicology (what were those guys at Microsoft thinking?)

Left click on Disable, a warning will appear, say Yes, and you should see the red X on the adapter listed.
Do the same with the next one. Leave the Realtek alone.

When you are done it should look like this:


If you are curious go back into those wireless property menus, and you will see Enable where Disable was previously, does it make sense now?

Now, I want you to restart your machine, and after you are back up, and running see if that improves your connectivity, do what you normally do.

I am thinking there are conflicts between the two wireless, and the Realtek, and I am hoping by disabling them it will improve your connectivity.

If you can not get back on the web, reverse those changes, restart, and we will take a different tack, but I do not think you will have any problems.

There are still those adjustments we can make to the realtek.

I feel that this speed reduction is a troubleshooter artifact caused by it knowing those two wireless adapters are still active, and it is trying to give you its best adjustment.


Do not worry about the IPv6 access for now, I will discuss that with you later, after we settle this issue.

You mentioned earlier the adapters were disabled, but I needed to make sure.
I take it from your reply, that there has been no change or improvement in your connectivity.

You can try those settings I was talking about. You need to get to the Advance tab found in the Realtek LAN properties window.

Here is one way.
Type ncpa.cpl into the search box and hit enter, select it when it shows up.

Select then right click your Realtek adapter, and choose properties.

Click the configure button near the top right.

Select the advanced tab.

In the left "Property" column, look for something called Speed & Duplex (may be worded slightly differently "Link Speed / Duplex Mode", etc. Here is what mine says.

In the right "Value" column select the drop down arrow and change Auto Negotiation to 10Mbps/Half Duplex.

OK your way back out of there and reboot.
See if that resolves the disconnect issue, if it does okay.

Experiment with different settings, ideally you would want 1000/Full if you have a gig network (router, cabling, etc.), alternatively you would probably want 100/Full but don't be afraid to settle for 100/half if that resolves your issues.

Other than that, the only other suggestions I would have would be to check for something with the hardware, like the service from the street to your machine, pinched or broken cable, frayed CAT5 connectors, or a loose card.

What gets me is, you can go for stretches at a time, and be okay, then it starts acting up again.

There are also some added tips in the reply section, along with some flaming, but do not let that bother you.

only when ICANN | Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers, or IANA — Internet Assigned Numbers Authority or https://www.arin.net/knowledge/rirs/countries.html decides IPv4 will not work any more, and makes the changeover to IPv6.
It is coming, but when that will happen is anybody's guess.
