    Wireless is not currently enabled

When I go to the "Manage wireless networks" in the Control Panel, it says "Wireless is not currently enabled."

How do I make it currently enabled, and also for the future as well.

Yes, I manually deleted the "wireless network" icon in the list of adapters, but now I don't see any way to get it back.

No, I do not have a wireless adapter, only usb 3g modem.

    Thanks.

I'm not sure a 3G USB modem will be seen by Windows as a WiFi Device

Load the drivers for the USB device, and depending on that software you may either see an additional control panel applet, a desktop/start menu shortcut to its control parameters, or should in all events be able to access it in Device Manager and configure it on its 'properties' tab...

Reinstalling the USB modems software (it was from Swedish Tele2 provider) recreated the "mobile internet" adapter.
