Cannot see anything in network map win 7 64 bit

    Cannot see anything in network map win 7 64 bit


    Hi,
    I have a win 7 64 bit install and when I look at network map nothing is seen "response late or incompatable router"
    Netgear router go to diagnostics can ping an XP machine
    set up is
    netgear router DG834GT
    netgear gigabit switch GS608 v3
    netgear powerline XAVB1004 to Smart tv, blue ray and pvr
    netgear xav2001 to xp pc

    router can ping all devices 192.168.0.2 to .7
    I have Kaspersky Internet Security

    Conection
    Internet to router and win 7 PC
    Router linked to switch

    Have disabled kaspersky still ping request times out

    UPDATE
    found 2 network ports on PC
    1 Nvidia
    2 marvel
    switched to 2 and ping now working, still no map though

    If you're trying to see XP machines on a network map, you need to install the Link Layer Topology Discovery (LLTD) Responder

    This is a networking protocol that is pre-installed on Vista and 7 machines that allows the network map to be created
