Logon to different accounts on different computers on the same network

At my school you can logon to your account on any computer in the school. I want to do this for my computer and my brothers computer, but I don't know how.

In order to do this in the same way at home as you do in school you would need to install and set-up a server. In school you actually log into the server not the local machine, which is why you can log in from any machine, and get you preferences.
It is possible to access files on one system from another on a home severless system (workgroup), by setting up identical accounts on each machine and sharing files. On win7 systems you are best served by using homegroup

Welcome Mjoe2 to the windows 7 forums.

One way is to create identical user accounts on both machines. This way each of you will have your own configuration.

Adding account methods is done via control panel and user accounts.
