Error trying to connect to computer via Network in Windows Explorer

On my Windows 7 Home Premium computer I have this problem. When I click a computer or NAS unit in the Network part in the Windows Explorer I just get an connection error dialog. If I try to connect via another machine (windows 7 Ultimate) I get a login dialog and have no problem connecting.

Both machines is on the same network using WORKGRUP. Both can connect the Internet and print to local printer.

The main problem is that I get no login dialog - just an error dialog. I can't find any way to manual edit this information.

Had this the other day with one of my Win7 boxes. You can manually enter login credentials for shares though control panel > user accounts and family safety > credential manager > Windows credentials > add a Windows credential.
