can't detect any wireless please help!

one of my user's laptop wireless is working properly until the laptop can't see any wireless. i already checked the settings of the laptop, even if the wireless is set to broadcast, i cant see or connect to any wireless..

under control panel > network and internet > network and sharing center, on the left side of the screen i can't see the option "manage wireless settings". that's why i cant add any SSID of the router. i already checked the drivers and update it but still theres no wireless detected. when i run the windows troubleshoot i got this error saying "windows could'nt automatically bind the ip protocol stack to the network adapter".

pls help..
Thanks in advance!

MS Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit SP1

Did you check in BIOS and Device Manager the wireless adapter is enabled?

Usually there will be a switch or button on the laptop to turn on the wireless. Did you try them?

Hello, I have an 802.11n Wireless LAN card, but Windows is not detecting it. When I go to set up a network, I get the "it may take up to 90 seconds to detect your network" screen, but it never finds it. Can someone help me out with this or something? Thanks.
