    Roger that....like I said those two adapters work surprisingly well for our needs and speeds aren't to shabby to boot.

    For remote accessing have you ever tried TeamViewer. Very user friendly/simple I use it all the time.

    Yes, I'm actually using that to remote to my dad's laptop when I need to. I had to use win 7 home on his laptop after his pro gave a no longer genuine. How that happened I don't know as it was genuine before. I got that laptop from a friend so I suspect where he got it the key was compromised or that was a cracked version and he didn't tell me since he got it from his tech school. But anyway yeah Teamview is a great tool.
