Have to restart 3 times to get internet

It takes me at least 3 restarts to get connected. The first 2 times there is an X through the Network icon in the task manager. My mother board is a Gigabyte GA-EP35-DS3 and I'm using the intergrated Lan. Also tried to update the drivers from Gigabyte same prob. Also in the Device Manager I get an ! beside "Intel(R) 82801 PCI Bridge-244E" and "Intel(R) ICH9Family PCI Express Root Port 5 2948. When I click on them it says "The device cannot find enough free resources that it can use (code 12). After the third restart and I'm connected these !'s go away and no problems. Please help.

Hi and welcome to seven forums

First thing I would suggest is to upgrade to 7600. Also you can search here at sf for the free resources phrase as there is a thread abt it, and how it was solved.

Hope this helps and let us know how you are doing
