<device name> does not have a valid ip configuration
My landlord recently updated his apple router and i am now unable to connect to the internet. The flow of internets is from the ATT high speed connection that goes from the modem, then to an apple router, and then plugs into his ethernet port which sends it to the ethernet port at my apartment.
When I use the windows 7 networking utility it tells me that <device name> does not have a valid ip configuration.
I've tried the following script:
@Echo on
pushd\windows\system32\drivers\etc
attrib -h -s -r hosts
echo 127.0.0.1 localhost>HOSTS
attrib +r +h +s hosts
popd
ipconfig /release
ipconfig /renew
ipconfig /flushdns
netsh winsock reset all
netsh int ip reset all
shutdown -r -t 1
del %0
and I've made sure it automatically assigns IP.
Attached are the results of ipconfig/all and my system specs:
