    D-link vs Belkin

D-link wants to charge me $32 for support because my router is too old (DI-524) and I call them again tonight and their tech support is closed. I called up Belkin on the same age router and they tell me I have a life time support with their router with 7/24 support. Each router is over 5 years old and my network adapter is about 10 years old so I thought I would just go out and buy some up to date stuff. I don't know anything about routers so I thought I would just take the day and get my laptop working. Any suggestions or am I on the right path.

Have had Belkin in the past. No complaints whatsoever with their product - & their Tech support excellent.
Now using Linksys Cisco and find their product & service excellent also...

Belkin is all I've used for wireless and I can tell you their unlimited 24/7 support has made all the difference in the world. Support like this is truly a game changer. Other brands may have this or that but unless they offer lifetime 24/7 support they don't have a chance in my household/home business !
