IP conflict with what pal ? This is your local IP address the only thing it could conflict with is units on your local network. If you assign a static IP address on everything using the 192.168.1.X network (X being a different number for each device) then you should never get a conflict. :)

I have no idea what you are doing and why you are doing it, and I don't think you know either. Why do you have to change your WAN IP every 5-10 minutes? Why are you in bridged mode? And why don't you just set your PC to use a Dynamic IP? Any IP address starting with 192.168.x.xxx is a private IP address. It is on the LAN side of your network not the WAN side. You are messing around with your LAN IP. It is just as well too, because if you were randomly changing your WAN IP and happened to use an IP address already in use, you would knock that user off along with yourself. Your ISP wouldn't like that very much and would soon find out who was doing it. It might be time to contact your ISP before they call you, and get your connection setup correctly.
