    This is for the M11x and under network rather than communications. There are a few other M11x models. I selected the first one as just the M11x because you stated that was what you had.

    To the Zip files downloaded: Once the zip file is downloaded you have to go to the location where it was saved to, then unzip (I use 7zip - its free) or extract the file then run the setup.exe to install application and in this case to install the driver.
