    The USB Wi-Fi Adapter might be easier for you to install. You just plug it in to your Toshiba's USB port. Here's a lot more selections: Amazon.com: wireless adapter with high gain
    Try not to get anything lower than 7dBi, the first link that I gave you. The higher the dBi the better signal that you will get. I only paid less than US $20 for mine and it works great.

    but belive me i have try those usb and they have weaker signal then the REAL wireless card,

    I can't find Wi-Fi cards that have High-gain antenna, that's why I gave you other options as well such as wireless repeaters/extenders, perhaps one of these. You dont' have to spend on the pricey ones.

    Yes, Wi-Fi cards are better than the USB ones, bec USB devices do conflict with each other (just for this reason).
