nothing happend !!
You have to designate one PC and the main PC to create the workgroup on. When that is set up you are give a password. Then the other PC's have to join the network you created by using that password. Once the password is enter then that PC is/has joined that network (what ever name you created for that network).
According to your screen shot you haven't created a network.
Well as I said I created the home group like in the site,I tried the same way in the other laptop and it worked !
I think the driver isnt up to date !!Ill try the update it then see what will happen .
All right we have some progress....that's good news. Keep us posted.
I installed sp1 ,now it says" I cant create a home group on this computer" !!
the other laptop I still can access to the home group,I can see the pcs on "network" but I cant access ,it ask me to write the user name and the password ! wich user name and password it mean ?

Make sure in the UAC that there are no passwords setup for each account you have.
Then in the network and sharing center, advanced sharing settings, scroll down to password protected sharing and tick "turn off password protected sharing" on both PC's.
Make sure to turn on network discovery is ticked for both PC's.
I tried windows troubleshooter and it fixed it
