ok sir. i will ask them and check if we have the same problem.

how about if I download multiple files will it be possible that this "request timed out" will pop up?
If you are downloading multiple files, that can increase the number of time outs that you see... but hopefully not for long periods of time.

thank you sir. because some of the people here might take the advantage to download files so maybe that's the reason.

thanks for the great info. I will always keep that in my mind ^_^v

my IPv4 is 192.168.25.1 while my gateway is 192.168.25.4
is it ok if both of the addresses are different?
The IP addresses must be different. One is for your computer and one is for the router or modem. I think that you IPv4 is 192.168.25.4. Here is a portion of one of your screen shots that I marked up:

Okay - while you are downloading a large file like a movie, we can use this time to setup Task Manager so that you can watch the data flow into your computer.

Right click on an empty place on your task bar and select Task Manager:
    gateway not available please help-tm1.jpg

Select the tab named Networking and then select Options...
    ...make it look like this:
    gateway not available please help-tm2.jpg

...then select View > Update Speed...
...and make it look like this:
    gateway not available please help-tm3.jpg

...then select View > Network Adapter History...
...and make it look like this:
    gateway not available please help-tm4.jpg

Make the Task Manager window whatever size/shape that you want - then you can watch the data flowing in - it should be a yellow line on the graph.

I have finished all your instructions and everything went well. I saw yellow lines on the middle box but the yellow line is not that high on the graph box (line can't reach the middle part of the line in the box).

That is pretty normal. The speed of your internet connection might not be as fast as the speed of your wireless network adapter. And sometimes, the server giving you that movie file limits how fast people can get the file so that it can save some of its bandwidth for other people that are downloading too.

Let's place a batch file on your desktop for each of the two pings that you are using. Save each of the two text files attached to this post to your desktop. Then you can just double click on them to start the pinging.
