Laptop losses internet access, but says "connected" to wireless router

    Yesterday i connected the ethernet cable directly to my laptop and it worked fine. I was using it for about an hour. And yes the network adapter is activated.

    Webroot SecureAnywhere 2012=> don't know what it does. Can you temporary disable it to test if that's the problem

    It put in my password for the network but shows this Laptop losses internet access, but says "connected" to wireless router-imageuploadedbysevenforums1331066469.712243.jpg

    I tried again before disabling webroot. Do i still disable it?

    your network and other networks are still in the list?
    You don't have to provide a password, I assume(?) It normally connects without providing a password isn't it? You did check ""connect automatically" long before I think, so it remembers the password
