I went to device manager, installed the new drivers, rebooted several times into XP and 7 but no luck, still telling me drivers won't work!
This is really starting to piss me off, excuse me :/

The old Pent III has a 3com Nic, I think older than yours 3C900B
So we will have to do a lot of trial & error on this nic ! I found another site of DL's for your nic
Download Drivers - Network Adapters - 3Com
PC1 problem is with the uninstall of ZoneAlarm ? Not the internet ?

I thought that ZoneAlarm was stopping me connecting to internet :/

Can you just reinstall w7 to Pc1, since you said it worked before you downloaded ZoneAlarm ?
