And I already told you that you can not have the Default Gateway on a different network. Did you use 192.174.234.1 as the default gateway address?

warning - multiple default gateways are intended to provide redundancy to a single network (such as the intranet or the Internet). They will not function properly when the gateways are on two separate, disjoint networks (such as one on your intranet and one on the Internet). Do you want to save this configuration? When I attempt to save it. Sorry that I know hardly anything about the Internet.
I told you that I get this before. Sorry I did not see your post above.

same problem, simply, set the properties via these steps:

    1. if it's currently undefined, re-run the troubleshoot wizard which normally enables DCHP
    2. open wireless status from the notification bar as in attached image
    3. select the wireless your connected to, right click and press status

    3. in wireless status, click properties on the lower left as show in red circle in the image below
    4. here select ipv4 and properties ( same as you did before).
    5. inside, type in the static IP, subnet mask , default gateway, 2 entry for DNS, if not sure then get the current IP info you got from DHCP , from a command prompt type "ipconfig /all"

hope this helps, for some reason, this fixed my problem!
