    We do need the DMP file as it contains the only record of the sequence of events leading up to the crash, what drivers were loaded, and what was responsible.

    If you are overclocking STOP

    We could also use some system information, which you can get easily by running msinfo32. To do that go to start>run>type msinfo32>enter

    When it is finished running go to file>save>name it and upload to us here.

    You may be able to get the DMP files without crashing by booting into safe mode (F8) with networking.

    To enable us to assist you with your computer's BSOD symptoms, upload the contents of your "\Windows\Minidump" folder.

    The procedure:
    * Copy the contents of \Windows\Minidump to another (temporary) location somewhere on your machine.
    * Zip up the copy.
    * Attach the ZIP archive to your post using the "paperclip" (file attachments) button.
    *If the files are too large please upload them to a file sharing service like "Rapidshare" and put a link to them in your reply.

    To ensure minidumps are enabled:
    * Go to Start, in the Search Box type: sysdm.cpl, press Enter.
    * Under the Advanced tab, click on the Startup and Recovery Settings... button.
    * Ensure that Automatically restart is unchecked.
    * Under the Write Debugging Information header select Small memory dump (256 kB) in the dropdown box (the 256kb varies).
    * Ensure that the Small Dump Directory is listed as %systemroot%\Minidump.

    * OK your way out.
    * Reboot if changes have been made.

    As you thought these crashes were related to your ATHXUSB.SYS. Yours is from 2008. I would update to newest

    Other old drivers needing updating

    Code:
    RivaTuner64.sys    7/17/2007 3:13:42 PM        fffff880`0b80b000    fffff880`0b812000    0x00007000    0x469d14e6
    ctac32k.sys    7/2/2008 4:38:22 AM        fffff880`06f26000    fffff880`06fd4000    0x000ae000    0x486b3e7e
    athrxusb.sys    7/29/2008 8:47:13 AM    athrxusb.sys+760e1    fffff880`08859000    fffff880`08966000    0x0010d000    0x488f1151
    Rt64win7.sys    2/26/2009 5:04:13 AM        fffff880`13dc4000    fffff880`13df6000    0x00032000    0x49a65b0d
    How To Find Drivers:
    - search Google for the name of the driver
    - compare the Google results with what's installed on your system to figure out which device/program it belongs to
    - visit the web site of the manufacturer of the hardware/program to get the latest drivers (DON'T use Windows Update or the Update driver function of Device Manager).
    - if there are difficulties in locating them, post back with questions and someone will try and help you locate the appropriate program.
    - - The most common drivers are listed on this page: Driver Reference Driver Reference
    - - Driver manufacturer links are on this page: Drivers and Downloads

    We have looked for a newer driver with no success. Did you re-install in compatibility mode as we asked?

    If so, and it continues to crash is the device even win 7 compliant?

    You may not be able to get it (and keep it) working correctly.

    I apologize but I dont follow what you asked me to do. I have the Driver files 3 of them. How do I use compatibility mode to install them?
