network keeps disconecting

every time i start a download (large) of windows genie. My network discounts then reconects and the download cancels.

I dunno could it be a service turned off on accident? the size of the file? is there a program that will let me still download even if it discounts?

Could my anti virus be doing it? network works fine... but I have been having odd computer problems... seems someone doesn't want me downloading a fresh copy of windows lol :P

*looks around* dam computer is cursed i swear

My rig uses a Centrino Advanced-N 6230 wireless mini half-card. It reports the correct name except within the wireless network list. Instead of 6230 it reports 6320. I searched the registry to see if I could find the error, but nothing found. It's only a nuisance, and a minor one at that. ...
