Windows 7: after computer failure my network devise gone

after computer failure my network devise gone

its like WiFi devise disappead is there a way to repair it. i mean power issue windows issue never had happen before restore not working. but wouldn't it show devise still ? its like there no network card. how that happen from windows failing? just any info great
