As you can see the problem is that Ethernet etc. are not installed. A section of your problem area snapshot is below.

Help!!! Internet not working after I restore windows 7 on my computer-capture.jpg

I hope that you can connect your Computer by cable to your Router. Because first we shall try and install the Ethernet. Later when that is done and an Internet connection is established then we will attempt to install the WiFi Adapter. All the Drivers for your computer are at
Download free driver for notebook Samsung 300V3A/300V4A/300V5A (Windows 7, XP, Vista) << DriverPack Solution. The Ethernet Controller Driver can be downloaded from Search for driver ethernet controller.

There are 4 Ethernet Drivers on the web-page. The latest is as follows.

Marvell Yukon 88E8039 PCI-E Fast Ethernet Controller
    Vendor: Marvell
    Operating system: W7
    Driver Date: 2010-09-15
    Version: 11.30.1.3

You download and install it. After it is installed you shall notice that in the Device Manager that the Ethernet Controller is shown as installed. Now connect the Router to the Computer by the cable and hopefully you shall be able to connect to the Internet. You should by now be able to install the WiFi Adapter (Network Controller) on your own and connect it too. If not then please do not hesitate to post again.

    Good luck to you.

Please keep all the Drivers that you download safely kept after burning them on a CD. Last question. Did the vendor not supply you with a CD having all the Drivers burned on it?

Except that I am foxed as to why your dedicated recovery disk was unable to install the Network and other Drivers during the Windows 7 Setup environment.

Suggest that you please phone up Samsung or the Vendor from whom you purchased the machine and politely ask for an explanation.

Have you downloaded and installed the Ethernet Driver? If yes then is the Ethernet shown as working properly in the Device Manager?

If you have not downloaded and installed the Ethernet then you shall not be able to connect to the Internet. Kindly do that before anything else.
