Website blocked - IP&Domain

I'll try to be as straight forward as possible:

404 when visiting website in windows 7

Windows XP Virtual Machine -

NAT Mode the website does not work
Setting up the adapter to connect with a seperate connection and the website works fine.

Firewall - Avast AV disabled, still no luck.

Anybody got any ideas

dumb question. Do you have windows firewall off?

All browsers dont work? can you ping a domain (ping sevenforums.com) Does network and sharing show a working connection?

Yes, I disabled the firewall to test.

Seems I accidently left a key part of information out of my post heh.

My internet connection is working fine apart from the one website -

I am using the OS currently to make this post, I can use a multitude of internet applications on it. Just one single website that won't work.

Router:

Post says it works in windows XP VM like said above.
Firewall & AV are off like said above.
Not blocked in internet options, tried in 3 browsers...

The like said above wasn't meaning to sound arrogant ;/. Sigh, I'm stumped as to what is causing this ...

Not only did I remove my AV to test properly, i also made sure the services where disabled.

Solved-

Sigh, seriously annoying lol ...

MB - Malwarebytes ant-malware protection mode seems to block the website, I turned there proection off... Doesn't seem to be a way to modify the list.

Seems that ip range is blocked by there software, so I shall remove ip protection, kinda voids the whole point of having paid for it. But whatever, it's still a good freeware program.
