    Freedompop wifi

I got this email and it looks interesting.

    PCmag gives it good reviews.

To have a hot spot at the beach or a park seems like a good deal.

I would only use it for emails and surfing the Net, so a lot of GBS other than the basic plan would suffice for me.

    Any one have any opinions?

    Thanks,

    Paul

If 500MB is sufficient for your use then go for it. Also check if your address qualifies for the free 500M. Where I live they don't offer the free 500M because they only have 3G service in my area. I would have to pay $3.99/month for the 500M because of that. You can only qualify for the free 500M if they support 4G in your area.

Have you ever used a Wifi hotspot?

How long will 500mbs give me?

They say my area qualifies for the basic plan.

500MB is probably enough for email and surfing the web as long as you don't watch videos or download/upload lots of pictures.
