    [Problems] with "IE8"

    Hello everyone

I have installed WINDOWS SEVEN BETA 1 (last release)

    I have 3 problems.

1 .- On the desktop I do not see the icon of IE 8.

2 .- I can not access the properties of IE 8, because I get another window.

3 .- In the Start menu and the menu of all programs, I do not see the IE 8.

P.S: Here some pictures of the problems, and I try with the solution of the registration for the icon of the desk, but does not work.

    Thanks for everything.

Have you tried using the little icon on the taskbar?

You will find properties in the menu from inside IE navigate to the tools option and internet tools.

dude thank you for responding, and probe with the icon in the toolbar. But I still show the other window, which is set up in the images.

There is some way that this latest version of "windows seven beta 1", you can place the icon of the "IE" on the desktop. And some come to the same properties, click properly as before. ?

    Thank you very much.

    Here's what you can do:

    1. Close all IE8 open windows, so that NO window is open. (yes, this forum window too ).

    2. Hold down the Shift key and right-click the IE8 icon on the taskbar. You will get another menu, similar to the ones you're used to with shortcuts and files.

    3. Select "Copy" .

    4. Right-click on desktop and select paste. Now you have a shorctut on your desktop.

    5. For IE8 options , open IE8 and then click on "Tools - Internet Options" on the top right side of the window.

If you want a permanent icon on your desktop with Internet Options, open Control Panel - All control panel Items, right-click Internet Options - > Create Shortcut.

    Hope it helps
