Network Problem: The Dependency service or group failed to start.

Hi I have recently found a computer in a skip :) SCORE! It works and all but I want to get internet and when I open the network and sharing center it says "The dependency service or group has failed to start" I found this post
http://https://www.sevenforums.com/network-sharing/130159-dependency-service-group-failed-start.html
and followed the advice given but I encountered several differences in the problem.

When I tried sfc scan and ipconfig I got these results.

When I looked at services these ones weren't started.
DHPC Client: said, error 5: access denied
Network Location Awareness: came up with this error message

Please help I am a poor student and cannot afford to buy new OS .

Hi zac and Welcome to Seven Forums,

Please check your computer's Device Manager and locate Network Adapters then see if there's any symbol - ? X or ! on it.

If everything looks good in your Device Manager, you might want to run Check Disk
.
Open the "Computer" window
Right-click on the drive in question
Select the "Tools" tab
In the Error-checking area, click <Check Now>.

Next tasks might be something big, please backup all your important files. You may start with something easier - a System Restore and restore it to a point where your computer was all working okay. If System Restore didn't help at all, then next thing to do is a System Image Recovery, if you have image backups.
What are the system recovery options in Windows 7?

Restoring your computer to the factory setting is also doable.

unfortunately because I didn't own the computer before the problem started I don't have the original windows disk to restore from and windows finds its own restore points and it seems because it doesn't recognize that there is anything wrong it won't find a restore point before the problem began it will only restore from the last time I installed something. I tried searching for more restore points but it won't find any.
