My wireless connection isn't working, how do I fix it?

One of our laptops isn't connecting to the wireless connection we have. Where the internet connections show on the task bar, there is always a yellow triangle with an '!' in it. We have downloaded a new LAN Driver (we downloaded it onto a flashdrive using the laptop that works and transferred it to the laptop that has no connection) and followed all of the installation instructions it showed. On the page that we downloaded it from, it gave instructions on how to make sure we downloaded the correct version - everything matches up. However, the computer still won't connect to the internet.

Can you start by running ipconfig /all and uploading the output here

    start>search>cmd>right click and run as admin>ipconfig /all

I am not sure what you mean. I ran the cmd as admin but what do I do after that? It is just a black box that has some information about my Windows.

It looks like this. If you followed directions the cmd window will remain and you can use the built in snipping tool to capture the data.

wifi appears correctly configured. Have you reboot all the devices at the same time?

Have you recently installed anything from Apple like iTunes or adobe photos shop?

Can you look in device manager and see if you have the Microsoft virtual WIFI miniport adaptor installed?

Did you try to delete your network connections enable just one connection? Sometimes this helps.
