Windows 7: No Network Adaptor

W7 Pro SP1 64bit

Is this a desktop computer or a laptop? If desktop, is the wired network adapter a part of the motherboard or is it a card?

Run Speccy and see if it can find some info on the motherboard and maybe the wired network adapter:
