It all about drop outs trying to work out why its happening
most win 7 sites have many postings on them about drop outs

I loose my DNS once in a while

Some people have even worse problems
but most of these problems have started since people installed Win 7
There must be someone out there that can work it out
This site has many good diagnostic people on board so these problems may be solved here

    I hope

By the looks of the lg that is not a pc side error,
    It is your internet connection.

Your router isnt being able to keep up with the dhcp server your ISP has.
By any chance do you have comcast?
