Windows 7: Painfully slow gigabit file transfers

Windows 7 RTM x64

Well, after a shut down, I am connecting at Gigabit again, and currently my file transfers are going at... ~45MB/sec, so pretty much what I had before.

So fingers crossed it stays this way. Thanks to all who helped out.
