"No Network Access" and "Limited Connection/Connectivity" ?

Hey, I am really hoping someone can help me solve this problem, it's driving me up the wall!
When I started using my computer this morning everything was fine, and then "no network access" kept appearing, along with "limited connection/connectivity". I would troubleshoot the problem, but then at the end of the troubleshoot it would freeze, and my screen went black, so I had to turn my computer off and then on again. This problem has persisted throughout the day, I've googled it but nothing really the same as this has turned up .. if someone could please please help me, I'd really appreciate it!

    Hi Caoimhe123

My name is Riyazuddin and I work for the Social Media and Community Team at Dell

If its a wired connection - I suggest you to try using a different ethernet cable and check,
If its a wireless connection - Try to get to the router as close as possible and check,

Please specify the type of connection, model of the router, OS and the wireless card your using and reply back

    Regards
    Riyazuddin M

If you can post a screen shot of your ipconfig/all I may be able to help you solve this problem. :)

There is no network interface showing here at all.

You might try a system restore and resetting the router might also be required.

Your system is not recognizing the router as per the snap shot you have sent.

So you have to reset the router and check if its still the same then you can try to reinstall the operating system.

Please reply back if you have any further questions
