Windows 7 Home Premium x64 SP1

Hi and welcome to the forums,

Start off by trying this, click start and type cmd in the search box and once that shows up run it as admin by right click on it and choose run as admin. Once the cmd box is open type in "sfc /scannow" without the quotations. I would restart after it finishes, and let us know if it solved the problem or not.
