    Clearing Remote Assistance History

Hello all. I'm looking for a bit of help. I work on a Help Desk and we all use remote assistance a ton! This presents a bit of a problem as the history list keeps expanding. While the history list can be a decent feature, I really don't need to see connections from several days ago. Is there any way to clear this history. Again, this is Remote Assistance, NOT Remote Desktop Connection. Any help would be appreciated.

    Welcome to the Seven Forums.

At the risk of sounding dumb: where do you see the history for Remote Assistance (RA)?

Can you provide a screenshot & the steps that you used to get there?

Block out whatever info you don't want to be public.

I fired up two virtual machines on one host computer and connected between them using RA.
    From W7 Professional, I tried:
Invite someone... > Save this invitation as a file
Invite someone... > Use Easy Connect
Help someone... > Use an invitation file
Help someone... > Use Easy Connect
I did not have an e-mail program installed, so I could not test those steps.
I was connecting to W7 Home Premium.

After many connections, I don't see a history, but my guess is that they are stored in the registry - like many other "MRU" lists.

    @Brink,
    RA, not RDC/RDP.

I never could find any history to be cleared in Remote Assistance on W7.

Sorry for taking so long to reply. Here's a screenshot of the window. @Brink; I wish it was that easy. That's for remote desktop. Not remote assistance. Nice try though. :)

    Thx for the screenshot.
When you start a session, what steps do you take?
e.g Invite someone... > Use Easy Connect

BTW, what edition of W7 are you using? Enterprise?

This is for Windows 7 Enterprise. The shortcut used has a target of "%windir%\system32\msra.exe /offerra"
