Well i haven't noticed problems with other sites that i visit often, but it was most irritating not to be able to load Blackviper, cause i wanted to get his services tweak guide for Win 7.
For a long time i couldn't get to his site, so i started thinking maybe the site no longer exists,or has changed the url, wouldnt be the first time for that to happen to some sites in my favorites.
But i remember that somebody mentioned Blackviper site in another thread here in sevenforums, and i posted in that thread asking whether anyone knew if the site is down, but everyone who replied to my post said they can load it without any problems.

Some time ago, i think i saw a video on youtube on how to speed up an internet connection using OpenDNS, so i decided to try it and see if that would help in loading the page that i wanted.
And it did, i finally could load Blackviper's webpage
and find and save his guide on tweaking services in win 7.

drklazarus26, I had a similar problem, in the past 3-4 months i haven't been able to connect to Black Viper's Web Site and i still can't, does not matter what browser i use, or what os (XP or 7).

But here's the kicker : if i use Open DNS server addresses in my internet connection properties under networking/tcpip v4/properties/
then i can load that site without problems

Here you can read instructions how to set up your connection to use OpenDNS servers

    https://www.opendns.com/start/device/windows-vista

It says you have to register but you don't, you just need to know the addresses (from the above link).

So my guess is that my ISP's dns servers have a problem with that site.

Give OpenDNS a try, maybe it will help.
Was a really good try but no go. I changed the settings on both the com and the router and still nothing. The "color" link is working now. Ive had trouble before but its seems to be the sites problem. The zagg link on the other hand is still a problem.

    Hello Again,

I havent had any luck yet. I contacted my isp and they advised me to directly connect to the modem and do a reset. The first time it worked but I've tried it again and I get nothing. I'm so confused. Please help!
