LAN and Wireless connected but no internet access

Hi, my Dell dekstop is having problem to access to the internet. Dekstop connection show that LAN and wireless are connected and somehow no internet access. Tried to ping the router 192.168.0.1 but it seem that the link was broken. Renewed IP address, update NIC driver and also tried to use laptop and reset the router. it still dosen't works well. Weird thing is my other laptops or mobile phone are able to connect to router and access to internet. Please assist. Thanks

Do you have McAfee I/S A/V installed on this system?

After a day with ATT support and them sending my out a new router...in the mail... I saw folks who shared the "no internet connection" while having wi-fi connectivity.
Yep, it was McAfee...I uninstalled Mc and an followed these instructions http://service.mcafee.com/FAQDocument.aspx?id=TS101446
